Richmond Motorcycle offers the following Returns Policy:

Everything is returnable as long as you let us know before sending it back to us.  All retruns must be made withing 10 days of  purchase.  Shoot us an email at info@richmondmotorcycle.com and include your order number and why you are returning the item.  We are sorry but the return shipping will be your cost.  The rest is up to us!

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY

If a particular Richmond Motorcycle Web Site, or any product or service offered on any Richmond Motorcycle  Web Site (each a "Richmond Motorcycle  Site/Service", and collectively "Richmond Motorcycle  Sites/Services") requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You then will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Richmond Motorcycle immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Richmond Motorcycle will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Richmond Motorcycle or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE

Richmond Motorcycle reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Richmond Motorcycle Sites/Services are offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Richmond Motorcycle Sites/Services. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions and additional terms posted on particular websites. Your continued use of the Richmond Motorcycle Sites/Services constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices

RICHMOND MOTORCYCLE AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, LACK OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS AND ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS CONTAINED WITHIN THE RICHMOND MOTORCYCLE SITES/SERVICES FOR ANY PURPOSE. ALL SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. RICHMOND MOTORCYCLE AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THIS INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WORKMANLIKE EFFORT, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

YOU SPECIFICALLY AGREE THAT RICHMOND MOTORCYCLE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, ANY MATERIAL OR DATA SENT OR RECEIVED OR NOT SENT OR RECEIVED, OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH AN RICHMOND MOTORCYCLE SITE/SERVICE. YOU SPECIFICALLY AGREE THAT RICHMOND MOTORCYCLE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY THREATENING, DEFAMATORY, OBSCENE, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONTENT OR CONDUCT OF ANY OTHER PARTY OR ANY INFRINGEMENT OF ANOTHER'S RIGHTS, INCLUDING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. YOU SPECIFICALLY AGREE THAT RICHMOND MOTORCYCLE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONTENT SENT USING AND/OR INCLUDED IN AN RICHMOND MOTORCYCLE SITE/SERVICE BY ANY THIRD PARTY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL RICHMOND MOTORCYCLE AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE RICHMOND MOTORCYCLE SITES/SERVICES, WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE RICHMOND MOTORCYCLE SITES/SERVICES OR RELATED SERVICES, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS OBTAINED THROUGH THE RICHMOND MOTORCYCLE SITES/SERVICES, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE RICHMOND MOTORCYCLE SITES/SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF RICHMOND MOTORCYCLE OR ANY OF ITS SUPPLIERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE RICHMOND MOTORCYCLE SITES/SERVICES, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE RICHMOND MOTORCYCLE SITES/SERVICES.

RICHMOND MOTORCYCLE MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT ANY RICHMOND MOTORCYCLE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.

TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION

Richmond Motorcycle reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to any or all Richmond Motorcycle Sites/Services and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

Richmond Motorcycle may also terminate or suspend your access to Richmond Motorcycle Site/Service(s) for inactivity, which is defined as failing to log into a particular service for an extended period of time, as determined by Richmond Motorcycle. Upon termination of the Richmond Motorcycle Site/Service, your right to use the Richmond Motorcycle Site/Service immediately ceases.

Richmond Motorcycle shall have no obligation to maintain any content or to forward any unread or unsent messages to you or any third party.

PROTECTIVE EYEWEAR

No protective eyewear can completely protect the user from all impacts. Items that are certified to the ANSI Z87.1 standard do exceed the safety standard ANSI Z87.1+ requirements for impact resistance, but WILL NOT protect against all impacts or chemical splashes. THE ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF THIS PROVISION IS TO LIMIT SELLER'S LIABILITY HEREUNDER. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL RICHMOND MOTORCYCLE, ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS OR DIRECTORS, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, OR ASSIGNS BE LIABLE TO ANYONE FOR INJURY OR DAMAGE SUSTAINED WHILE USING THE EYEWEAR, UNDER ANY CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT FORESEEABLE OR FORESEEN, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SELLER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, THERE IS A TOTAL AND FUNDAMENTAL BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT OR WHETHER ANY REMEDY PROVIDED HEREIN FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. BUYER SHALL BE DEEMED TO ASSUME ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE GOODS BY BUYER, ITS EMPLOYEES, CUSTOMERS AND OTHERS. EACH PARTY RECOGNIZES AND AGREES THAT THE WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY AND REMEDY LIMITATIONS HEREIN ARE MATERIAL, BARGAINED FOR BASES OF ANY ORDER OR CONTRACT AND THAT THEY HAVE BEEN TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT AND REFLECTED IN DETERMINING THE CONSIDERATION TO BE GIVEN BY EACH PARTY UNDER ANY ORDER OR CONTRACT AND IN THE DECISION BY EACH PARTY TO ENTER INTO SUCH ORDER OR CONTRACT.
